Melon Pan

My 100th post goes to these Melon Pan, a soft bun topped with a crunchy cookie crust. :)

    What a coincidence, this morning I saw this at my sis (Jane') post n now u also come out with the same bun. I must try to make this one say

    1. Thank you, Li Shuan!! Yah, 100 posts but I don't think there are 100 recipes in all, as some posts are repeated recipes and some are my random ramblings. :P You should really try this Melon Pan someday! :)

    1. Thanks, Lena. I think melon pan are quite similar to polo buns. :) According to wiki, melon pan has a firmer outer layer (including top cookie crust) whereas the top cookie crust for polo buns tends to flake easily.
